How early do they run: boats between DHS and Epcot?

Hey everyone.

I was thinking on our upcoming trip of hitting DHS for early EMH (8 AM) just to catch TSM...then heading over to Epcot. My question: if we leave DHS at 8:30 AM, would there be boats at the dock, and would they be taking the full circle route from DHS, Swan & Dolphin, BC, Boardwalk, and Epcot? I am not particularly concerned about making Rope Drop at Epcot, but hope to get there by 9:30 AM or so.

Some background (which I'm sure no-one cares about):

My original plan had been to do TSM and then head to Blizzard Beach, but I am thinking of bumping my BB day to Sunday...and doing Epcot on Saturday. This would (1) make it easier to get from DHS to where I want to go. (DHS -> BB seems to require going through a hotel.) and (2) my two "long" days were back-to-back Sunday and Monday. This would change my "long" days to Saturday and Monday...and allow us to sleep in a bit on Sunday.

We aren't eating at TS restaurants this trip, so doing a switch-around at this late stage doesn't screw up ADRs. I AM thinking of doing La Nouba on our BB day, which would be moving, but I haven't actually bought tickets yet.

TIA!

The last few years we've stayed at BoardWalk in early March and I'd stroll the boards in the morning with my coffee and cigar, and almost to the minute I'd see the boats enter the lake from the IG canal at 7:23 and one would head straight to DHS.

It's faster to walk, but if you don't want to walk the whole way, take a boat to the BC and stroll on over from there.

I could be wrong, but I don't think boats go directly from DHS to Epcot. I think one makes the resort loop and hits epcot, and another boat does the resort loop and hits DHS. If that is the case you could just hop out at the beach club and make the 5 min walk into epcot.

True, it's DHS to S/D to YC/BC to BW to IG, and when we boat from DHS to Epcot we do get off at YC/BC and beat the boat to the IG on foot.

Yes, as PP noted, mostly true.
The boats make a circuit -
DHS>swan/dolphin>YC/BC>BW>Epcot IG>BW>YC/BC>swan/dolphin>DHS.

The same boat will carry you in this circle forever, if you like.
The 'beat the boat' thing comes in when you get off the boat at YC/BC and walk off the pier, around to the right and over the bridge into the International Gateway rather than wait on the boat through the stop at Boardwalk and then the trip to the Gateway. The walk from YC/BC's dock to the gates at Epcot is faster than the time taken by the last two legs of the boat trip.

That i know the answer to. Yes! You can enter at the International Gateway when Epcot (Future World) opens. There is nothing to do in the back of the park, but you can walk forward to the front no problem.
