Need some ideas for wedding proposal!

My friend and her partner and 2 children are traveling to WDW in the summer. She would like to "pop the question" and would love ideas............She is not really the romantic type...more of a thrill seeker tough kind of girl but any ideas are appreciated. There will be 2 little ones with them so it cant be really hard like a long schavenger hunt.....they do have 1 dinner alone planned but she wanted something fun and special!!! HELP!!!

How old are the little ones?

-Maybe they could all ride a ride together that has a photo taken. She could sit behind her partner and then get out the sign that says "will you marry me" while the photo is taken. Then when they go to see the photo afterwards it'll be a huge surprise!!!

-I'll keep thinking some more.

This is not a thrill spot, but a very romantic spot is Sunset Point on the lagoon in front of the Poly. Many weddings are done there and DW and I did our last vow renewal there. Time it with Wishes over the castle and she has a major kodak moment. She could arrange for a photopass photographer to be there at the right moment with the Poly front desk.

Another idea with the kids in mind would be on the carosel in Fantasy Land at MK. A photographer could be arranged with MK guest relations.

Just a coupla ideas...

1) up in the balloon at DTD
2) while having dinner at the castle
3) during the finale of Wishes
4) in the "elevator" at HM
5) while riding ToT (WARNING - put the ring on a chain!)
6) onstage during the show at the Biergarten
7) ask Crush to pop the question during Turtle Talk
8) same idea, but on the Laugh Floor
9) slip the ring into an oyster at the pearl place
10) at the top of Spaceship Earth (do a together picture for projection on the globe)

If you can get a lunch or dinner at the Coral Reef, they have a diver that will appear in the tank with a sign. We saw one with Happy Birthday once, and IIRC maybe a marriage proposal. I don't quite know who to call, maybe the dining reservations.

How cool, some of these ideas are. What a lucky couple.

Anyway, I think it would be exciting for all 4 to see a diver come along, then hold up a sign in the water with "Will you marry me, *insert name here*"! The kids even would think it's cool.

Plus, we've eaten there a couple of times, and loved it.

Congrats!!

How about right before the drop in the tower of terror, or right before you blast off around rock n roller coaster. Not my ideal proposal, but then if they're not romantic and like the thrill's then that could be memorable.

Love the ideas!!

The kids are 4 and 18 months......Im passing these on to her!! How do you think you can get in touch with CRUSH for turtle talk and Monsters at Laugh Factory. I think she would love those since her son loves NEMO so it would be fun for him too??

I'd let the CM on the guest side know you have a "special" event, and ask if they'll let Crush/Mike ask the question...
