Shower.
Hit the other Mikes, JoAnns and Hobby Lobby.change of plans

Defrost the Salmon.
Make veggies for me, potatoes for boys.
Homework.

Yep - haha. I would never feed a rat unless required to - as it was, I barely got out of singing to it...

Weighed in today. I don't know how I did it, but I lost a lb.

Today is a new day, better chioces all around!

I joined the walking challenge at work too, so I have to strap on my sneakers and get moving for that... 100 miles in 10 weeks. I'm already a week behind

Not a bad day - I hope! It is gorgeous today - nice for walking!

Today is a LBS day...Laundry, Bathrooms, and Swaps!

(And I don't have to feed any stinkin' rats!)

Lisa - best wishes for kitty...what a tough time for all of you. Our dog's growth is getting bigger and uglier by the day...really glad we've got the surgery scheduled for later this week.

Bad freakin' day already. I'm not going to make it through the 'tweens, I fear. Both of us crying before 7:30 am is just so freakin' pleasant. I suck at this mom thing.

I'm going to work. Like it or not, I'm going. Boss will be on a tear, vacation starts Friday at 5:00 (he's going away, not me, but it will feel like a vacation for me) and he gets mental before a vacation.

Weigh in tonight. I had a decent week, ate far more veggies than usual, so that's a good thing.

I hope everyone has a much better day than mine started out.
