You'll need to figure out the best way for your group. Everyone's names will be printed on their key cards.

Ok, I admit, i havent read every post, I read the initial ones explaining it, and I dont think I missed it but I see this listed on the DP brochure..

Quote:
1 Table-Service Meal

Each table-service meal includes:

1 appetizer (Guests ages 3-9 only)
1 entrée
1 dessert (lunch and dinner only)
1 juice (breakfast only)
1 single-serving, non-alcoholic beverage
This is regarding the 3-9 part. When they say appetizer, are they really meaning 'sides' So a 3-9 gets an entree plus 2 sides, which I've seen listed, and one of the 'sides' is dessert?

Thanks

certain TS restaurants have Kids appetizers. They must order an appetizer from that section. If there is not an appetizer section for the Kid's menu, they are allowed to order an appetizer from the adult menu

You may be thinking about the CS meals where kids get an entree and a choice of two "sides." The kicker is that one of these "sides" is considered the dessert, so if the kid wants dessert you really get an entree and a choice of one side.

For TS meals, the kids' menus set forth the choices they get for each course. There'll be a couple of "appetizer" choices which will be things like a small salad or a cup of chicken soup, a couple of entrees to choose from, and a couple of dessert choices which are usually some sort of fruit or a yogurt parfait and maybe an ice cream sundae. No sides included.

And from what I understand, kids are never given the option to order an appetizer from the adult menu.

I can not seem to find anywhere if you can use the dining plan on holidays. We are planning on being there for Thanksgiving and I wonder if the plan still applies for our Thanksgiving dinner? I have seen a list of restaurants that have dinners but it doesnt say whether I have to pay out of pocket or not. Thanks ahead of time for any help.

thank you so much for your help. Now my next question is, do the number of table service credits increase for a holiday meal or are they usually the same? Sorry to be a pain.

The only time credit counts have changed are for the Candlelight Processional dining packages. In 2009 all CP packages were 2 credits per person, where ordinarily all the participating restaurants cost 1 credit per person.

Do you think you can add the dining plan to a room ressie if we are using our GAD tix as our only park day???? Any one come across this yet.

I wonder if we could check in and add our GAD tix voucher to our myw card at the hotel desk and then add dining plan when we are there??

Unless you fit one of the exceptions (annual passholder, DVC member, military discount) you must buy at least a one-day park ticket as part of your reservation package in order to add a dining plan. You can't add a dining plan at the front desk upon arrival. The dining plan must be added to your package no later than 3 days before arrival. You won't be able to add the GAD tickets to your key card after you arrive to make a package reservation. Package reservations have to be made and paid for in full before arrival.

Sorry If this has been asked,I could not find the ansewer. On the Delux Dinning plan:
1. When each person gets a apptizer does thast mean a full apptizer?,so the two of us would get two full apptizier?.
2. If there Is no apptizer we would like, can we swap It for a soup or salad?
3. On the DDxP does It matter if we use three ts meals a day or three CS meals a day?.
4.Is there any restrictions on the actual menues?

thanks

thanks
Hope that helps
