A hearty THANK YOU!!!!!!!

My family just returned from 6 days at WDW and thanks to the DIS and Touring Plans we had an absolutely wonderful time (aisde from DS and DW's 24 hour bout with a stomach bug). I cannot begin to express my gratitude for all of the wonderful advice, suggestions, tips and other information that is available on the DIS. As a result of all of the tips and suggestions, we were able to tour the parks (all four) without having to trip over the crowds or wait in unmanagable lines. While I will admit that we did not adhere to a touring plan verbatim, the general outline allowed us to ride and experience everything in each park when and as often as we wanted to (with the exception of TSM of course but we did ride it twice).

While I have not been an active participant in very many of the threads on the DIS, I have, over the past 6 months or so, taken in all of the infomation that I could and if I could give one piece of advice to the others on this board that are planning a first time trip, it would be to absorb as much of the information on this site as possible, adhere to it and it will make your WDW experience exponentially more enjoyable.

We were at WDW at the exact same time as serveral other families from our home town and they did not have near the experience that we did seemingly because they were not adequately prepared for what they were in for and they spent much of their time dealng with crowds and wait times. It was amazing the number of people that did not understand the ADR or Fastpass
systems and I would have been one of them had it not been for the DIS. These simple techniques and tips proved to make all the difference in our trip.

Again thank you and keep posting.
