Tech support issues for eTicket

Hi everyone,

If you have any issues with eTicket, or suggestions for improvement - please be sure to go to http://www.eticketapp.com/support/ - that is being monitored by the development team for eTicket. We're not going to be able to provide proper support for the app via the boards, so that will be the best, quickest way to address any issues or problems.

I have tried using the above address for app support, but after I type my question it asks for email and password. When I type my email (when trying to obtain a password) it says my email is not recognized.

Why am I not getting my question answered? I sent the app-tech a PM, and also posted here.

I bought both the DL and WDW apps, and can't get proper support??

We are experiencing some technical issues related to moving to the new servers. The tech team is aware of these issues and they are working on them. We appreciate your patience while we work these out.

In the meantime you can write to eticket@wdwinfo.com to see if your issue is related to the server migration or something else.

Thanks for keeping us updated, seems like there a quite a few of us reporting the same issue

We all love using e-ticket and really appreciate the hard work you guys put in to keep us up and running

Try deleting your cookies and history from your device.

We were able to get people logged in after having them do this.

Is this app no longer available? I didn't even know it existed until I saw a question regarding it on the Community Board. Usually a website will tell you that an app is available when you access it through Safari...

That's unfortunate. I did notice there is a new disboards app. It's free, perhaps replacing the old one. It would be nice to get some information on the status though.
