Tell me about the Monsters Inc Laugh Floor

My friend and I will be visiting in late Jan/early Feb and will have plenty of time at MK. My friend is a huge fan of Monsters Inc and wants to see this show. Convince me I should see the show too!

Monsters Inc!

We thought it was hilarious...it's like an interactive comedy show...

Little kids seemed to enjoy it as well...but we were parents with teens and everyone loved it....

We will go back...

I don't care much for that show buy if you have plenty of time, why not.

I agree with Art.To be honest it wasn't that funny when I went. The jokes were pretty corny and I waited an hour for that show.In my opinion a complete waste of time.Though I do suggest that everyone tries every ride at least once so everyone can make their own opinion about each ride.Just because someone doesn't like it doesn't mean you won't

Our whole family loved it, 9 years old, teenager, me, & grandparents. The interaction with the audience is what makes it so fun. I didn't know much about it when we went and wasn't sure we would like it, but it was hilarious!

1. Great place to cool off and rest your legs.
2. The show is not terribly long.
3. It is rather light hearted and funny, which is chicken soup for the soul.
4. Helps you to forget about the last forty people that just walked in front of you.
5. Who knows, they may pick you to make fun of during he show.

We've been 4 different times and each time either me, my sister, my husband or my sister's husband have been picked out in the spotlight. It was great fun. My sister was laughing so hard she couldn't answer the comedian's questions.
It is a unique experience - being asked questions and interacting with an animated alien.
Only a few people are spotlighted during each show, and it's totally random, so if you're shy, don't obsess about being picked out. Just relax and go with the fun.

It was nice to do once. It wasen't awful, just not as good as I thought it would be. But it is a show thats changes from show to show, so we could have just caught an off performence.

Surprised to see mixed reviews. We thought it was hilarious and enjoyed the state-of-the-art technology being put to use. A Monsters Inc fan will love this.

I agree!! I thought everyone would love this attraction!! We have done it 5+ times.. every time has been a funny and interesting experience!! Some of the jokes were the same and yes they are a tad corny!! But it's so funny watching the audience interact with the monsters!! My boyfriend was THAT GUY last time we went and got a sticker after the show.. afterward all of the CMS would say "Hey it's THAT GUY!" everyone got a real kick out of it!! The first time we went this little girl was just dying to be chosen!! Going crazy in her seat...they choose her and she froze up.. started crying her eyes out!! The monster on the screen looked so confused!! Haha my sister and I still laugh about it to this day!! She was so cute and her mom was a great sport!! I will say it is probably one of my favorite attractions at Disney!! I can't wait for my parents to see it when we go next year!! I think any fan of Monsters Inc will enjoy this!!

Similar technology to Turtle Talk with Crush. We like Crush better, but this is definately worth seeing. I will stop by every time I am there, but my wife will settle for every 2nd or 3rd time. Crush is an every visit for us. Regardless, it is well done and a fun time. The pre show is good when you are outside the room & waiting. Check out all the posters and bulletin boards.

We went last time we were there and I'm in no rush to go back. It was enjoyable and all, just not on our "must do" list. If we have time to kill, we'll go. Otherwise, it'll be no big deal that we don't do it.

We love this ride. You can send in jokes via text message. The last time we went my dad was "that guy" and we loved it. It seemed everyone had a great time, and it was funny.
