Thanksgiving Public Service Announcement

Due to an unfortunate incident this evening I am making a very important Thanksgiving public service announcement.

When cooking something on the stove with hot oil that splatters, please be sure to wear clothes.

Thank you.

I go on record as being the first responder to file a claim - chloelovesdisney owes me a new keyboard!
And I'd also like to point out that I followed the New Rule - in case she decides to delete her post!

Thanks! It's not horrible, but a definite ouch that didn't have to happen.

It would have been been worse if I had to go to the ER and explain how I managed to get burned, um, somewhere.

An apron! Thank you, I didn't even think of that. That will protect everything that needs protection and I can still stay comfortable while cooking near the hot oven.
