Exclamation HELP !!! I Need a Pic of Cindy Lou Who's Mom

My dd is Cindy Lou Who's Mom (Betty Lou Who) in a play and I need a pic of her so I can do up a costume. For the LIFE of me I cannot find one (that is a good one that is not the nightime one with the candy in her hair) and she needs it tomorrow Also is that a tea cup and saucer in her hair?

The key is the 2 "pony tails" sticking straight up - then the one is with a cup and saucer the other looks like Peppermint candy all over? That sounds easier? To keep on her head.

I agree. The two ponytails and all the peppermint candies would be easier.

How fun! My DD6 was Cindy Lou Who for Halloween and was quite a hit!

Check her out...

Very Cute!

How do you get her hair to stay straight up like that?

I took her hair and put it in the braids on the sides except for a circle of hair on top. I then took a floral cone from AC Moore and pulled the circle of hair up and around it. Then I took a ponytail holder and used that at the top of the cone, split the hair sticking out the top into two parts and braided it around floral wire. I bent the braids around and used hairpins to keep them in that shape. (the hairpins stuck right through the floral cone!)

Pipe cleaners also work great to make braids stick out. (I was Pippi for a day in 1st grade.)

you can also use a water bottle (empty) instead of a floral cone to get the hair to stay up, in case your craft store is closed.
