eek! Dinner tonight?
I have no idea what to fix for DH, DM & me for dinner tonight! I guess I can pull a homemade low-sodium mac n' cheese out of the freezer for Mom, and then get take-out pasta for DH & me.
What are you having tonight? When our kids were home, we'd get Chinese food.

I am not cooking tonight- DFiance is! I told him he has to cook tonight since I'll be cooking all day tomorrow..
 We are having apricot chicken and rice. Easy and yummy!

I made salmon, orange roughy, and pasta. We ate at 4:00. Plus I am making broth which will be some boiled turkey to snack on.

I am making chicken enchiladas, taco rice and corn cake. I figured the ds love it and its good to have something different before we stuff ourselves with turkey for days etc.

Prime rib on garlic bread with melted mozzarella and a salad. Had the steak left-over. While I bake pies and side dishes. At least Thanksgiving is at my sisters tomorrow! I am so thankful!
