If you look in post #3 of the disABILITIES FAQs thread, you will find a whole list of companies with contact information. That thread is near the top of this board or you follow the link in my signature to get there.

The companies listed are the ones most frequently recommended by DIS posters over the years. If she has not driven sm ECV before, I might suggest Ramdy's because they will actually bring the ECV out directly to your room and demonstrate how to use it. The others deliver to Bell Services where you pick it up.

We used Randy's last year and were completely impressed with their service. Delivery and pick-up were perfectly timed as per our requirements, with a quick demo by an individual who was as cheerful and helpful as any WDW cast member.
We were staying in a Windsor Hills vacation home, so there was no way to leave a scooter at a front desk. Randy's advised us to call from the airport once we'd grabbed our bags and the scooter was delivered about 30 min after we arrived at our rental home! Likewise, when we had to leave at 10 am, the scooter was whisked away at 9 am.
So, great service, very nice service... definitely my first call if we need one again.
