Going from Epcot to DTD

Which of these ways would get me there the quickest. I will have two younger children with me that won't be in strollers, and aren't the quickest walkers.
1) walk through international gateway to Beach Club then take bus from Beach Club to DTD.
2) take bus from Epcot to Port Orleans then take boat to DTD
3) take bus from Epcot to Saratoga Springs then take bus/boat/walk to DTD

The quickest way is the International Gateway to BC but as you said, 2 small kiddos with no stroller, it's not the easiest way.

You would probably be better off doing any of your resort choices and transfer. SSR/OKW will most likely have less guests on the bus than POR which would make for a more enjoyable ride. taking any boat will not be quick but they are nice rides.

Since you asked for the quickest, I would say you should go to PO. The bus from EPCOT to PO will stop at FQ first. The DTD bus from PO stops at FQ last.
So get off at the first stop after leaving EPCOT and when you get picked up the DTD bus will take you directly to DTD. The buses will not have to make any additional stops, which is what really adds the time to a bus trip.

We took bus to SSR, then the little boat from SSR to DTD. We just caught the boat so it wasn't too bad. Had we missed it would have been a whole different story. For whatever reason on the way back we waited almost 30 minutes for a bus back to VWL.

Well, if you are back in World Showcase in the general vicinity of the IG when you are getting ready to go to DTD, then walking to BC probably IS the easiest way as it easily is as far or farther to the main gate. If you are in FW or around the other side of WS when it's time to head to DTD, then going to the main gate probably is easiest. If you go the main gate to catch a bus, I'd grab whatever you see first among POR/POFQ, OKW or SSR, and go from there by bus or boat, or on foot depending on where you wind up and what your preference is.

If you are in the front of Epcot, I'd take a cab.

If you are near the International Gateway, you can also go to the Beach Club and either wait for a bus, or take a cab.

It's not too far, so we like doing that if it's a crowded day. Or if we're pressed for time. Sometimes waiting for the right bus is hard with little ones.
