Can you put room requests in online check in? - The DIS Discussion Forums

Just wondering...

Or do you call them in? I just wanted to try for a specific building, we're staying at ASMu suites and we'd like to be in Calypso. Also, my son is Autistic and loves riding the elevator, so we'd like to not be on the ground floor. What's the best way to do this?

You should call and have it added to your reservation.

No, there is no where on the online check in to add a room/building request. I would call it in and have it marked on your reservation.

^^^ Hi Mama!

No. Unfortunately there is no way to put in a room request on-line through the Disney website. Call them. Give them your confirmation number and then ask them to add it to your reservation. Room requests are no guaranteed but they'll try their best to accomodate you. Btw, my 4 yr. old son loves riding the elevator too.
