Palo reservations with multiple rooms

We have seven people, all 18 or older, in three staterooms. Four of us have cruised before so we are Castaway Club members and can therefore make Palo reservations 90 days before the cruise date. However there is one room with two people in it and neither one of them has cruised before and on the Disney Cruise Line website it says they can make reservations 75 days before the cruise date.
Question: Can I, as a Castaway Club member, make reservations for everyone? We would ALL like to eat one brunch, dinner, and high tea together. We are supposed to be linked for dinner in the dining rooms. And we can't make any reservations until "paid in full" right?

Yes, you can...we just did the same thing with 4 non-Castaway Club members. After you pay your balance in full, you'll be able to access the "My Cruise Plans" section of the DCL web site at 90 days. Since your staterooms are linked, when you make your Palo reservations, you will be asked if you wish to include those other guests linked to your reservation. (You'll see their names listed on your reservation when booking shore excursions, dining, etc.)

Yes, you can make everybody's reservations for Palo. But, be sure that everybody has their cruise paid for before that 90th day.

That's good to know. In July 2008, I could not make Palo reservations for any one other than in my cabin even though the 2 other families were paid in full and in suites like we were lucky enough to be. (I did call the concierge to plan it but it would have been easier if I could have just reversed it online with everything else)
