Smile Disney On Ice Show

Has anyone seen this yet? It's coming to our area next month and my DD, her DH, and my DGD are going..

Adult DD and DGD are very excited because from seeing the commercials it doesn't look like it's really "themed" this year - such as just "Beauty And The Beast" or that sort of thing..

If you have already seen it, did you enjoy it? Was it as good as you expected it to be? Lots of variety?

Which show is it? We saw one a few months ago and also a different one last year and they were all wonderful! Just getting a Mickey fix in my hometown makes it worth it. But they do an awesome job like only Disney can. I haven't seen one yet that I regretted going to.

We saw it last year. My daughter was 4 at the time and loved it. The only thing I would recommend is to spend a little extra (if you can) for seats as close as you can get. We were in the mid-range seats - not up close but not too far away either - and wished we could have been closer to see all the details. My little girl went in her Cinderella dress and had a great time

They will love it. It will be a little bit of everything. Very well done. Both my kids still love going each year and they are now 17 and 14.

I'm going to the one coming to our area at the beginning of December. I'm taking my little cousin. It's the Disney Princess one. She and I are both excited!

We loved it! We saw Disney Celebrations in October and I thought it was the best Disney on Ice show I have seen yet. We've been going to them for what seems like forever! This time we took my nephews (7 &4) and they loved it too! In fact, the youngest asked me "Aunt Mimi...can you take me to see another one of those ice skatin' Mickey Mouse things?" And of course I said "You betcha!"

I am excited to see it when it comes here in January. I always loved the Disney Ice Shows as a kid and this one looks really good.

Altho haven't seen this one yet, it looks very entertaining! We did a family adventure w/grands to Beauty and Beast on ice. Had seats near front which was great, but chilly. Think they'll enjoy, I can't imagine it not being a great fun outing!!

We haven't seen this one but we've seen 4 others. They are all really excellent shows! I hope your DD and DGD have a great time.

Oh yeah, and souveniers are priced like you're at WDW.

My sister and I saw the 100 Years of Magic show when it was here in February. I thought it was pretty cute.

In Sept we went to the Disney Celebrations one. It was just me and dd and her brownie troop. We loved it but it was the first one we have been too.

Glad to hear all the good reviews!

And yes - the souveniers are the "real" expense involved!

I am going Thursday so I can let you know after than.

I cant wait. We used to go 2 times a year when my older kids were younger. This is the first time we are taking the 2 little ones.

Does your arena also sell thru ticketmaster? I was able to get close lower level seats for $11 each.

I believe they do (at least they did in the past), but I'm not 100% sure..

Have a great time - and I'll look forward to your review..
