Help me decide on dining plan or not...
I am stuck about what to do in regards to dining plan for me, dh, dd-4 and ds-not quite 2.As i am now upgrading to AKL club level i do not know whether to pay for the dining plan or not?We had originally planned on it and have res for 7 cs, but i am willing to forgo some and just keep 2 or 3 that we will like the most-figuring these at about 100 a pop.Plan on eating breakfast at the lounge every morning before we leave. What would you do?I am leaning towards oop, as i don't think we will eat an extra 400-500 in food just for lunch and the other 4 dinners.

I did this about 5 years ago and found it to be way too much food.
I would never do Club Level at the AK (or Poly) and the DDP plan again. The quality and amount of food at the lounge was more than enough for us (2 Adults 1 Child). (Chicken fingers, meat skewers and numerous other items) I assume you will be back in the room most afternoons anyway for the child to nap so it's not like you will be rushing back to the hotel just for food at the lounge. I did find the other lounges not to be as nice as this (CR and Yacht club). If I was at one of those I would get the DDP. Maybe someone who had been in the last few months can comment. Things do change a lot in 5 years at Disney, but I have never heard anything bad about the AK lounge.
