Barbie camper @ Costco - The DIS Discussion Forums

DD (7) wants this and she was with me when we saw it, so when I went back to get it they were gone. There's one on Amazon but the one at Costco came with a set of Barbies. Anybody's Costco have these?

Have you looked at the costco.ca website - I think they have free delivery right now.

You should call the Costco you visited - and ask them for the item number. They can check the computer to see if there is any chance of a restock (they bring new stock out at night). If no chance of new stock, call other Costco's close to you and give the employee the item number - they will be able to tell you what the stock levels are like

Did you find one yet? I had a rain check at Toys R Us, but when I called for the third time on Wednesday, they FINALLY informed me that those rain checks should never have been issued as they are NOT getting anymore of these campers. The woman actually called me back from Toys R Us to let me know that. There aren't any of these anywhere that I've been able to locate. My 8 yr old DD has asked for this and I don't know what I'm going to do. Thought I'd buy it from Amazon.com but they won't ship it up here!!

p.s. Apparently only TRS and Costcos that have some are in Quebec! Not sure why that is, but am currently wondering what the heck I'm going to do!! My kids only ask Santa for two things and I'd like to be able to get both items. Who would have thought I'd have such a problem with a Barbie camper!

We are still not into the Barbie stage as yet, but are these things so popular? Just want to know what I am in for when they do turn to Barbie

In fact, we have a Barbie Bath and Bubbles hous which is not opened and I was thinking of selling it. Maybe I should hold onto it and be rich (yeah, I just checked Amazon and these things sell for 79.99 US). Wow.

I live in Windsor and shop in the U.S. all the time and I have checked the Costco, Walmart, Targets, etc. over there and none. I even checked costco.com and they were sold out. My costco checked and said they would not be getting more so I ordered it from Amazon. I have a U.S. mail box through work so at least I got free shipping. Good luck.

I was just at Walmart this morning and they have the RV camper for $69.99 - the flyer said limited quantities and I was there at 9am this morning (Burlington, Ontario location) and there were about 10 there (not sure if there were more in the back). You should check out your local Walmart

The Brampton Walmart at Hwy 7 and Airport Road has at least 50 Barbie campers right now. Last week they were $99.99 and as a previous poster mentioned they are now $69.99 I'm actually surprised more people aren't buying it, it looks really nice.

I found one last Saturday! I was so excited to finally have it!!! I went to three Walmarts (as their website said available Dec.4th, so I figured some warehouses had stocked up on them somewhere!). The third Walmart (Barrie's south end) had four sitting on a skid in the aisle. I could have danced in the aisle. I couldn't believe I got lucky! A friend of mine has a friend who works at Mattel and she said finding one of these this year is like striking gold! There are no more at Mattel to be distributed ... so the only chance is if stores like Walmart already had them stocked in a warehouse for closer to Christmas!!!

I remember getting the big yellow Barbie camper ... so I was happy to hear my daughter wanted the pink one! We are having a Barbie-ish Christmas this year! One wanted the camper and a camera and the other wanted a new Barbie dollhouse with new Barbies!!
