Place to hang our door organizer

I remember on our last cruise we brought one of those big shoe holder things and hung it on the bathroom door to keep a bunch of little stuff from getting lost in the room.

However, I don't remember if we brought something to attach it to the door, or if there were already some sort of hooks on the door that we used.

The over the door shoe holders usually come with their own "over the door" hooks.

The outside bathroom door does not have hooks on it. There is a hook, I believe, on the inside (middle) of the bathroom door for a robe or clothing but may not be able to handle the type of over the door shoe holder that need to be hung by each top corner.

I can only comment on cat 11 (non split bath) as that is all we have been in. But dw got a shoe organizer at the local dollar store that had a regular clothes hanger at the top. There was a peg (as mentioned above) on the back of the bathroom door for robes/clothing etc and we just hung it from that and had no issues. I know with the split bath (and potentially needing things in each part, I assume) I have read that people hang them outside of the door or in other configurations, but with just the one non-split bath, having everything right there when we shut the door worked well. Not sure what cat you are in, but just thought I'd share the non split point of view in case you needed it.
