Celeb sighting today! Sat 11/21

Ok, I have always envied those of you who have seen celebs in the parks. Today I saw my first one!! Jesse Tyler Ferguson who plays Mitchell on ABC's TV show 'Modern Family'. He was with a 'friend' and if I wasn't a fan of the show (love it!!!), I would have never known it was him.

We had been over by the Fire House watching a little show and my son had just bought one of those stupid cheap hand buzzers in the Magic Shop on Main St. Well, 15 minutes later, it had broke so we decided to take the receipt and it back to see if they could exchange it. We're walking towards the shop and he walked right in front of me right by the tree on Main St. I said to my son, OMG I think that's the guy from Modern Family. I wasn't sure because he had sunglasses on. So I started walking quickly to get in front of him and snap a pic and he ends up walking into the Magic Shop!! So my son and I walk in there and I get really close to him, he takes his sunglasses off and is looking around. I catch his eye and I've got this really big cheesy smile because in my mind I'm thinking OMG it's Mitchell!! He kind of gives me one of those "ok crazy stalker woman" and walks away. I called my friend who was over by the fire station and I think my call sounded alot like this:

So she runs over and we both see him and are freaking out that it's him. He didn't pay attention to us thankfully, but he and his friend went walking down Main St.

So all day long we are tripping out that we saw him! We left the park and came home for a quick bite and then went back to the parks. We went through DTD and decided to go to DCA and walked through the GH. So we're walking through the hallway there by the Conf. Center and OMG there he is again!! I'm trying to be sly but inside I'm freaking out because he is right behind me!!! So DH says to him, Hey are you on TV?? And he smiles and says yes, and DH says well these girls have been freaking out all day because they saw you earlier. My friend goes, I think you're really great and I love your show. He says thank you and keeps walking. He was very nice, seemed a bit embarrassed about the fuss we were making, but was very approachable.

Oh, so after we leave him, we go around the corner and are doing the happy dance, squealing like little girls. Well my MIL said that as we were doing that, this old lady in a wheelchair saw and heard us and said "Oh the excitement! Disney is so fun!". LOL She totally thought we were just happy about Disney!

I saw him too. We were in line for space and my husband said, there's the guy from the show you watch. I didn't know his name though but recognized him right away. I waited after the ride so I could see him again. I felt like a stalker too. I thought it was pretty cool though.

How exciting! I've watched the show a few times, but I probably wouldn't recognize the guy at DL with sunglasses on!

Yeah we didn't know his name either! Had to Google it to post it here!! I kinda got the feeling that his fame and recognizability is new to him. I am glad that I wasnt the ONLY one who felt like a stalker!! I wonder how many other people (if any) said anything to him? I about died when DH talked to him!!!

I did get a picture of him but I won't be able to post it until I get home late Monday.
