Weather?

Just checked the weather for our cruise that leaves Sunday it looks like lots of rain/storms. Has anyone cruised on bad weather and did it ruin the experience?

What cruise?

Often the forecast in the Caribbean and Bahamas is rain and storms but it's over fast and then the sun is out.

I wouldn't worry about it, it's normally a nominal interruption, if the captain can he will alter course to avoid it our cut the effects of it.

Things like the sail away party or pirates party move to the atrium in rain.

We're on the same cruise, but we never check the weather, can't take the stress. We've sailed the 1st or 2nd week in October (Dream or Fantasy) for the last 3 years and have only experienced occasional passing showers, 20 minutes at most. But it's the weather.... Who knows.....

Apparently accuweather has a much better forecast than weather channel so I'm hoping they're right. 😊

Should probably be able to see if there's anything brewing far off wherever those hurricanes usually start. I thought it took quite awhile from when they first see it form to when it gets close to the Caribbean islands.
