I'm currently a campus rep who did a summer alumni program in Attractions this past summer. To keep proficiencies, we have a certain time frame and I have until January to get a shift in to keep them, but I was wondering...
Is it possible to go from campus rep to seasonal in a situation like that?

I was under the impression that all Campus Representatives were already statused as Casual Temporary Cast Members already, you would just need to transfer out of College Recruiting into an Operational Area (most likely your previous work area).

Contact Florida-Site Internal Casting on (407) 828-1000, or visit their offices in the Casting Building across from the Downtown Disney Area - they'll be able to walk you through the process of transferring. You can also submit a request through the Hourly Transfer Request module on The Hub.

I found out how, I have to see if there are any openings in my area to transfer over to seasonal. Thanks for your help =)!
