What's up with Ebay? Has anybody had any trouble in the last hour? I do a search and it says "0 matches".

I have searched clothing for "Christmas", sells phones for Samsung, and the entire site for "Disney", along with other simple items that have hundreds of current auctions. Nothing.

Anybody else?

I just did a search for "Elvis Presley" - 0 items were found, it says to try again in a few minutes. Looks like they're having problems.

I am so glad to see it is not just me. I have had problems with the search function for over an hour. Hopefully it will clear up soon.

I'm experiencing the exact same thing!

I thought I was having computer problems!

Yea the search engine on ebay has been down all day which bites cause I wanted to search for pjs lol...no clue when it will be back up.

I haven't done an ebay search in weeks and the one time I actually need to do one, it's down.

Well gee whiz! No wonder I was having problems too. I know ALL the trouble I have aren't "operator errors"...

Speaking of ebay, what's with the different screens now for leaving feedback? I got the weirdest one earlier that wanted to know when my item arrived, how was it packed, etc. Eventually I did get the screen I normally see for feedback.

Sure hope business picks up soon. I need to clear out the house.

***Issues with Search results and eBay Stores***

November 21, 2009 | 03:28PM PST/PT

Due to errors in some of our backend systems, members may be seeing different errors in Search. This could be that "We were unable to run the search results you entered. Please try again in a few minutes" or a blank page, or simply the browser being unable to display the page.
This is also affecting the ability to access eBay Stores through search directly, and sometimes from the store URL.

Workarounds - Buy It Now Search and Advanced Search
If you use the Advanced Search option at the top of the page, and type in your search query and click the title and description box and then run the search, the results for the title and description search will be returned.

Alternatively, if you receive a 0 results page for title search and click the Buy It Now tab (or choose the title and description box and re-run the search), you'll see the (Buy It Now or title and description) results for your search query.

Please note that we are working as quickly as possible to get this resolved. Thank you for your patience as we continue to work to resolve this.
