Professional Intern Hopefuls / Future Hopefuls

I'm doing a project for a class where I have to make up my own fake business. Please take just a minute to take this poll and make my life so much easier. Thank You!!
Also feel free to comment if you would have other concerns about housing, so I can take that into consideration for my business plan.

The question is

As a Professional Intern would you consider living outside of Disney housing if
-the cost was equal or less
-you got your own room
-cable/internet/utilities were included
-the place was furnished
-it was a less than 20 minute drive to all the parks/resorts?

The cost would have to be quite a lot less for me to consider living in non-Disney housing. I love the idea of being able to go to housing events and living with a large group of people my age.

-you got your own room
While having my own room would be a definite plus, I would, personally, rather have the new experience of rooming with someone else.

-cable/internet/utilities were included
I would be interested in a low priced but nice apartment that had these utilities included...but I think that Disney housing includes these utilities as well.

-the place was furnished
A furnished place would be very nice.

-it was a less than 20 minute drive to all the parks/resorts?
This is probably one of the biggest concerns of mine. I absolutely want to be within close proximity to where I would work...I don't like long drives every morning and night!

I hope that these answers help you with your project! Good Luck!

I have heard MANY horror stories of people getting terminated because of issues relating to housing. If I am hoping to start a life long career with a company, I would absolutely not want to live in their housing and risk a bad roommate jeopardizing it.
