Does anyone know how many penny press machines there are in the parks-are they just at MK or are there some in all the parks? Are they easy to find?

The only piece of advice I have to offer is that when you find a machine get every penny it has. Because if you start to become an avid collector it is a pain to re-find each and every machine that you didn't get all the pennies from the first time around.

At Disney are the presses $1 each or 50 cents each? I'm assuming we'll need all quarters (and the pennies of course) for our collector sons?

The penny presses are 50 cents plus a penny, the quarter presses are 1 dollar plus the quarter (so $1.25 total).

Got a tip from thr board awhile back that worked out great for us. Get a M&M's mini container and fill it quarter quarter penny, quarter quarter penny... Saved us lots of time.

You can find them in all of the parks. My DD loved them we went last year. Check the Epcot WS. There is a penny press for each country!

Our problem wasn't so much finding the penny presses, but finding penny presses that worked. When we finally found one that worked, our kids got every design available at that machine...it made for a long time at the penny presses, but they really enjoy looking at them still.

I did some calculating last year, thinking I might try to get pennies from every machine and discovered that at that time, with the number of machines, I would need over $250 in pennies and quarters. They are in every park, hotel, and at other random places in DTD.

How many "sets" fit in the mini M&M containers? I just found out about the penny press machines. I am sure my son would love these.

We bring our pressed penny book with us each trip and get a few more. They are fun to collect!
