Grocery Delivery to Resorts---Cold items???
If you place an order thru garden grocer and have it shipped to your resort I have heard that they will hold it until your room is available---Do they refrigerate items as well???

Yes cold items are refrigerated and frozen items are put in the freezer. We've always had our groceries delivered to us from bell services and the cold stuff was definitely still cold!

Our Garden Grocer order was delivered to the Caribbean Beach Resort before we arrived (we were delayed by traffic). Garden Grocer called us and told us they would leave the packages with Bell Services. Bell Services refrigerated our cold items and stored our other for us until we arrived. When we got to the room, we called Bell Services and they delivered everything to our room.

We just used Garden Grocer as well and stayed at CSR. Everything was at Bell Services waiting for us when we arrived and it definitely was still cold.
