Hoping this one might test the grey matter a bit more today.

I really like BBQ food so Cowboy Cookout is a favourite of mine - what is the name of the country and western group who play there?

ANSWER

Well this was a funny one - the answer I had was the Cowhand Band but a couple of you had the Hill Billy Trio - I have done a search on both of these and both appear to be correct - maybe one came after the other but I don't know which came first - I have marked both answers correct for now - unless someone can enlighten me.
