Need help with logistics of 1900 Park Fare for Cinderella dinner from MK?

Please help me figure out some logistics. I have not been to the World since I was 17 so I am pretty clueless right now.

We are staying off site and spending the day at MK, which closes at 7pm.
We are going to the Cinderella Happily Ever After dinner at Park Fare with a very late ADR (8:00PM)
We will be parking at MK's TC for the day right? Do we stay parked there or do we move the car to GF?

Also, I have to get the princesses dressed and prettied up. They are able to do that in the van unless there is somewhere at GF I could do it. (Public bathrooms?) How much time will it take to get from MK to GF?

Also, our ADR will be changed from 7 to 4. I can't get an earlier time even with fewer people. Will it be a problem that our party number is LESS when I show up? I haven't called to change the number yet just in case there is no where else for DH and DS to go and then they will have to join us.
Also, the "king and prince" (my dh and 11yo ds) are passing on the princess dinner and wanted to go eat somewhere else. Since MK will be closed there any counter service at GF they could go eat? Is there anything at GF they can do/see while the queen and princesses eat?

Also, I have to get the princesses dressed and prettied up. They are able to do that in the van unless there is somewhere at GF I could do it. (Public bathrooms?) How much time will it take to get from MK to GF? - I'm pretty sure there are public restrooms inside the lobby. I know for a fact there are some right outside of the restaurant. As far as time, I'd allot 15-20 minutes from getting to the monorail platform to getting off the monorail at GF. From the platform at GF, 1900 Park Fare is only 1 floor down and right off the main lobby area (minutes away).

Also, our ADR will be changed from 7 to 4. I can't get an earlier time even with fewer people. Will it be a problem that our party number is LESS when I show up? I haven't called to change the number yet just in case there is no where else for DH and DS to go and then they will have to join us.

If it's just a difference of two, it shouldn't be that big of a deal. There are also several other restaurants at the GF itself if the guys would rather go to those. May have to check availability though, but there's at least a CS location as well. Access to both the Contemporary and Polynesian is also viable by using the monorail, so that opens up even more areas for them to hang out/eat.

There is both a boat and the monorail that take you to the Grand Floridian. The Monorail goes in a big circle, through three resorts & to the T&TC. One direction just goes to the T&TC, the other direction is the "local", and stops at the resorts. When you leave the MK, if you take the Monorail, just make sure you get on the RESORT monorail & it will take you to the Grand Floridian. Now, it goes clockwise, so it will go to the Contemporary & Polynesian first - but it usually gets all the way around in about 15 minutes.

Just remember, though, if you leave at closing, it may be packed! Of course, since the park closing at 7:00 probably means it's a "party" night, and no closing fireworks, so that may mean a smaller exiting crowd.

1900 Park Fare is on the first floor of the Grand Floridian, and there's a very nice restroom right next to it. I've seen princesses changing in there when we've visited.

When you're done eating, just take the monorail back around to the T&TC.

I don't think there'll be a problem that there will only be 4 of you - just let them know when you check in.

Gasparilla Grill & Games is supposed to serve food & have arcade games. That might be fun for the guys.

Here's the link to the GF on the official page, which may be helpful:

Hope that helps!

You can take the monorail from MK to GF, and leave your car at the transportation center. No need to go through the hassle of moving it! And GF does have restrooms where you can dress your princess.

DH and DS can grab a CS dinner at Gasaprilla and then play a few arcade games until you are finished.

I would call and change the number on your ADR - it may open up a slot for someone else!

When does the monorail stop running? I would hate to be stuck at GF and not be able to get back to the TTC.

Thanks for the options for the guys to eat. I will change the ADR because it will open up 3 spots for someone else.
