HHI, Here I Come!!!!

Tomorrow (11/22) I am flying off to HHI to spend Thanksgiving with my family from around the country.

2009 has been a very tough year for me personally, job loss and the end of a LTR, so I need to get away from life's challenges with some Disney magic.

I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving, whether or not you are visiting a DVC resort.

I'm so excited about our trip, too. We leave for the airport in an hour. Just checked the weather report (for the thousandth time) and the weather looks so nice compared to previous years. Hope we see each other there, and hope we see Shadow also. DH packed his golf clubs, anything else he can buy in Walmart he said, so he's all set.

Enjoy your Thanksgiving week and enjoy spending time with family.

I hope you end the 2009 year on an up note and I hope your 2010 year is a great one.

FYI: If there really is a "Turkey Bowl" let me know who wins.

Jason

Yes,there really is a "Turkey Bowl". And as I sit here in our studio browsing the recreation schedule, I see it's at 10:00 Thanksgiving morning at the Beach House.

Oh, what's that all about? Are you staying in your present villa for the whole time, or will you be moving to a 1 bedroom?

We are contemplating HHI for the first time in January...are there better rooms than others? I am attending a work training in Savannah and then DH and I are thinking of extending my trip for a long weekend with him at HHI.

Thanks
