Late breakfast at CP?

I snatched up a 10:25 ADR at CP tonight. I had been looking to switch from our later lunch because it was too close to our dinner reservations, so I am very excited about it. Except when I noticed that their breakfast only goes until 10:30.

I guess I'm wondering if the breakfast ends at 10:30, what happens if I get seated late? In your opinion, am I likely to get breakfast or lunch with this ADR time?

Thanks!

ETA: Nevermind...I just noticed that lunch doesn't start until 11:30, so I guess it'll still be breakfast. But the next question is: will the buffet still be fresh toward the end of breakfast?

When we went they put food out right up to just before lunch. At 11:15 -11:20 you will notice food being switched over very quickly. They switch over the salad bar/fruit area earlier.

Hope this helps some.

Thank you, yes that does help. So the food isnt "older" the later the breakfast goes, then. Sounds like they do a good job of keeping things fresh even toward the end of breakfast. That was my concern.

I guess I am asking because I actually have an alternative ADR on another day for an early-ish lunch (11:55). I'm trying to figure out which is better, a late breakfast or an early lunch, in terms of quality of food. From the sounds of it, it doesn't matter, I guess. Breakfast does seem to get better reviews on allears.

We actually like lunch too at CP. We tend to go at Rope Drop and eat a light breakfast then go for a hearty lunch. It all depends on what fits into your schedule. Hearty but decent food.

I have always found the food at CP to be switched out regularly and it is always extremely fresh. Have a magical trip and enjoy your breakfast!

Well, I also still have an ADR for lunch the day before too -- however, we're not doing both. I'm going to cancel one in the next day or so after I announce it on the December cancellation thread.

Honestlly, the lunch one actually works out a bit better for us, because on the day of the 10:25 breakfast, we have a 5:00 ADR at WCC and I'm worried that two big table service meals in the same day is really too much. On the day I have the lunch one, we have no TS ADR's at this point. However, the reviews on lunch are not that great on allears, which made me nervous. Hmmm..I need to think about this more.
