small Christmas trees?

Any place to get a small Christmas tree for the resort room at Disney? Hopefully one with lights that is large enough to put the ornaments we buy on it.

How small are you talking?

They have these tiny little trees in tubes that can be mailed. You could keep one on a desk like a tiny lamp. They're in all the larger gift shops and some of the smaller ones.

If you're looking for the 3' table trees, I think you can get one for a few hundred dollars. It's decorated.

I'm sure someone will know more than me.

Good luck!

Places like Walmart, K-Mart and Target are really good places to find fake trees that have lights on them and you can find them in many sizes. DH and I have an apartment and so we have a small 3 ft tree that sits on a pedestal. Also craft stores sometimes carry smaller trees that are either pre-lit or predecorated.

Or you could order a small 3 foot live tree with lights and decorations for from $49 to $99 from Jackson and Perkins online and have them deliver it. I did that a couple of years ago and just ordered another one today for my December trip.

Walgreen's (quite close to WDW) usually has some very small trees that are either prestrung with lights, or fiber optic.

You can always order a tree from the Disney florist, although i'm sure this is an expensive option as you have to call Disney directly for pricing..

We bought a 4 foot pre-lit tree at Target a few years ago when we did Christmas at Old Key West. We packed some unbreakable ornaments in our luggage to decorate the tree and it was easy to get them back home.

At the end of our stay, we shipped the tree home with the help of the concierge desk staff at the resort. Since then, we've always decorated the "Disney Tree" as an extra tree.
