Anyone have trouble with Artscow?

I ordered 3 photo books form them on October 7, and they still have not arrived. I have e-mailed them twice now, and the first time they said the books shipped October 13, the second time they said to wait until November 20 and contact them again. I just e-mailed them again to tell them that I want a refund or I will be opening a dispute with my credit card company. I understand that it can take awhile to get stuff from Hong Kong, but 6 weeks?!?

Anyone else have trouble getting their stuff?

I had trouble with them last year too - Took them 8 1/2 weeks to get to me and the ornaments I ordered were JUNKY - I guess the saying of "you get what you pay for" is true in their case - I will NEVER order from them again, even if things were 100% free!

I wouldn't order from them again unless I didn't care how long it took to receive the order. Took 6 weeks for a key chain and mouse pad last year. Needless to say I didn't get my order before Christmas!

I will be the lone wolf saying that I love them. I know it takes awhile, but everything I've gotten from them has been great. I think I've only ordered since they got their new printer - but the ornaments I got turned out really good and I can't wait for people to get them this christmas. I ordered mine several months ago tho. SO far I've gotten like 5 photo books, a clock, a money clip, a keychain, 6 mousepads, 5 ornaments, 3 lens clothes... maybe more.

They printed my calendar upside down. Before it arrived they emailed stating there was a problem with it and was reprinting my calendar so not to worry, but that was 3 weeks ago and I haven't gotten it yet. I got the original calendar in a weeks time, so now Im thinking it will be a while.

Not Artscow, but Vistaprint..they assembled my calendar wrong, so now I'm trying to take it apart and see if it can be fixed (spiral bound) I haven't been able to tell if it was printed wrong yet. The quality is ok, but what a mess up.

I ordered a few calendars last year and it does take awhile to get them. They are based in China, so you have to take that into consideration. Things can get held up in customs. Mine turned out really well, but they did short me one. I got it AFTER Christmas, but it was mine so it was okay.

I was happy with the many items that I ordered from them last year (3 calendars, a photo book, 6 dog tags, 3 ornaments). It did take awhile to receive them, though.

Yep, I've always gotten great quality from them, but very slow. I would expect you should have your stuff by Christmas though. I learned when I started shopping with them to just be patient. For the $$$ I save I'll just sit and wait....
