where do I get the free enchanted call? - The DIS Discussion Forums

I remember seeing somewhere that I could get one free enchanted call but at that point our trip was too far away. Now I want to use it but can't remember where I read it. I have a Disney Visa and am in the Disney Movie Club and also the Disney Movie Rewards. Is it one of these?

Yes, it is the DMR. I'm wanting to do that but my DD is a sleeper so it would be really late for a call by the time she got up!! Don't let me lie... I really want a call from Mickey for myself!!

If you think about it when you are looking it up, can you please post who the call can be from?

That reminds me - I signed up for that at least a month ago and didn't get anything from them...

did anyone get this after signing up?

I did it through the movie rewards. You get 4 calls with one reward. I got the code within a few minutes of ordering and spaced the 4 calls out over a few weeks before our trip. The last call I did was Mickey calling DS the morning we were leaving - he told him to have a great trip. DS LOVED the calls

I had Ariel call my daughter to wish her a happy birthday. It was free through the movie club. She really loved it! I think most of the Disney characters were available to chose and you could personalize it a little with drop down menu of choices.

Yep-it is the Movie Rewards.

You can get a free call (I think it may be under the memeber benefits, special offers menus). It was one call. I believe you request to redeem the offer on the DMR site and they email you a code to use. You do not have to redeem any rewards points for this one call.

Or you can redeem 300 points and get 4 calls.

The calls are set up online-you choose the character, a message, etc. Each time I have ordered one I had the call come "immediately" (just a few minutes later). That way I knew they were awake and around to get the call.

I think it fun--I haven't done one in quite awhile.
