What can you do if you forgot to pick up a photo from Shutters? - The DIS Discussion Forums

When we bought photos that last night on the Wonder this past week, one of the prints was bent so we asked for a new printout. Naturally, we forgot to pick it up. How can we go about getting it? We had a concierge so MAYBE I can contact him? But I dunno. Thoughts???

EASY, you contact Greg Nusser and explain the problem to him. They will get the photo to you. I just went through this with photos that didn't make it onto the CD we purchased as well as a print we lost on the ship somewhere (likely got left in the room). Greg put my info through to the ships photo manager and they contacted me, found my photos and are shipping them to me.

When my extended family was on the 2007 med cruise, my parents forgot a picture. Turns out it was our copy of the whole family. We didn't miss it and my parents didn't realize we didn't have our copy that had been paid for. Months later, after the Magic had returned to the states, it arrived in the mail. My parents were so impressed.

I forgot to pick up some last Feb. and was sick when I got home. I thought it was too late to contact anyone. A week later they arrived in the mail. Awesomeness!

I heard back from Greg today.

He said the left behind photos are sent ashore and then shipped home so I'll see it in 2-3 weeks.

Yep I did. About 3 weeks after the cruise.
