Are these "secrets" still here? or true?

Magic kingdom
Goofy statue on the bench- sit by him by the front entrance on main street and he will talk.

Dumbo- Mickey and Minnie ride with a child the first ride of the day.

Phones—1.One in Tomorrowland under the TTA and Astro Orbiter.

Talking Trash Cans.- They're a little hard to find, but so worth it! Go to Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe, to the big dining area where that lounge lizard Sonny Eclipse (himself an oft-overlooked attraction!) performs his "live" act. On the left-hand wall, as you enter the room from the service counters, are some trash cans. Just deposit a little trash and listen! (If you're not sure you have the right cans, look for the little electrical wires leading into them -- that's the giveaway!)

Tink’s Treasures
1.If you want to wake Tink, go DIRECTLY to the store as soon as the park opens, enter in Darling family nursery. The store is right behind the castle. Want to prove to a skeptical little one that pixies really exist? Be sure to stop in to Tinker Bell's Treasures, where you can spot the flighty Miss Bell flitting among the merchandise. Be patient -- it sometimes takes a few minutes to find her!
2. Look for Tinkerbelle in the dresser keyhole .
3. Go into captain hook ship part of shop and you might see tink fly into one of the trunk openings.

Phones—1. one of the shops on Main Street (general store (on the right side of the street as you're headed in) or chapeau on expo hall side
2.main st market house, there is a phone mounted on the wall. If you pick up the receiver, you can hear a conversation between a mother and her daughter, Annie. They discuss what they are going to buy at the store, the cost of certain items, and how to attract a man. Every now and then, a nosey eavesdropper, Miss Klump, listens in and is politely told to hang up by the mother. When I asked the Cashiers at the store about it, they just replied, "Of course the tenants upstairs!" or something like that.Pick them up and listen to the interesting conversations.

stone ledge on the side of the castle- This may have already been mentioned, but if you sit on the stone ledge on the side of the castle, you will hear Stitch giggle and tell you to be quiet because he's hiding.

Liberty Square—We found the best place to see characters was the Riverboat in Liberty Square. You can't guarantee who will be on the boat, but it usually includes either Mickey or Minnie. We went twice, and both times there were at least 7-8 characters on board.

Does goofy go skiiling in the morning on the 7 seas lagoon?

Fantasia golf- there is a hole that looks like the scene where the bucket throws water over the floor. 1st person to walk over this will set the water squirting.

Epcot Italy—If you wander around behind the shops (where the fountains are), look around for little red press-buttons that say "press for a surprise" (or something to that affect). If you press the button, water squirts from a different location

Animal Kingdom Camp Minnie-Mickey--While walking on the way to Camp Minnie-Mickey, there are two talking bushes called Herb and Flora that pass the time by talking to passers-by and very loudly people-watching with each other. They were very funny, but seem to only be "alive" for short periods of time.

We had an early BBB appointment last trip and were lucky enough to be in the first group to ride Dumbo. Mickey and Minnie were not there. I don't know if they no onger do it, or just not every day.

They discontinued waking Tink at Tink's treasures a few years ago I was told. (They supposed suspended this because their were too many battles over people wanting to do it.) I don't know if she still flies around.

We have hit the first ride on Dumbo the last 3 years, and have never seen Minnie and Mickey on it. (They DID have Little Ones EMH for a while, and we saw STICH on Dumbo at the same time as we were.) Alice and the Mad Hatter will sometimes ride the tea cups with guests though...usually first thing in the morning. And Goofy was riding the first Barnstormer ride when toontown opens.

The talking Goofy statue depends on a CM to control it, so it can still talk, but it doesn't always.

The only talking trash cans I know of are "Push" who wanders around tomorrowland and "pipa" who used to be in Rafiki's Planet Watch, but have heard she is no longer there. (We saw her last August though.)

Can't answer the rest of them. I haven't heard of Goofy waterskiing on 7 Seas lagoon in ages and ages, though....that's like from the '80s, isn't it?

He's still there outside Tony's Town Square..I've heard him talk in the past but I'm not sure if he still talks..

This is no longer there. I asked a cast member and she said it had been taken away in a recent renovation. However you can "call" Tink. Ask the CM and they will give you a bell. If you ring it and yell "Tink" she'll fly over from Pixie Hollow and wave to you. I did it, it was pretty cool.

You can still wake up Tink if you're one of the first people to enter the store at opening. They've eliminated the "battles" by allowing a group of people to do it together now, not just one person/family..

We saw the one in the hat (chapeau) shop on our trip in October. We've looked for the ohers, but couldn't find them. Maybe we were looking too hard

Haven't been there in a while, but this was true a couple years ago..

I really want to know about this one..my brother and i looked in August, but we didn't see them. But then again we didn't really know where to look..

Some of my favorite "secrets"
Outside the Indiana Jones attraction at HS there is a display with a rope and pulley over a "hole" in the ground. On the rope it says something like "Do not pull rope." If you pull it, you will hear the people down in the hole yell back at you. FYI: sometimes it doesn't do it, if it's been pulled recently

Tom Sawyer Island Paintbrushes! If you go over on one of the first rafts to Tom Sawyer Island, the CM will announce that Tom has misplaced his paintbrushes and if you return one to the CMs you'll get a prize. They are big with bright red or blue handles and aren't really "hidden." They are not hard to find and are usually just laying around somewhere. We've found them at the fort, the wind mill, and the Aunt Polly's seating area (what used to be the snack shop). If you find one you'll get a fastpass to any ride in the park for your entire family. You'll know if they've all been found by whether or not the CM announces it on the raft..

NO Dumbo- Mickey and Minnie ride with a child the first ride of the day.

NO Look for Tinkerbelle in the dresser keyhole .

THE ONLY PHONE I KNOW OFF IS THE ONE IN THE CHAPEAU, YOU CAN HEAR THE CONVERSATION BETWEEN TWO WOMEN. Phones—1. one of the shops on Main Street (general store (on the right side of the street as you're headed in) or chapeau on expo hall side

CHARACTERS NO LONGER MEET ON THE RIVERBOAT Liberty Square—We found the best place to see characters was the Riverboat in Liberty Square.

NO Does goofy go skiiling in the morning on the 7 seas lagoon?

YEP Fantasia golf- there is a hole that looks like the scene where the bucket throws water over the floor. 1st person to walk over this will set the water squirting.

THEY ARE GONE Animal Kingdom Camp Minnie-Mickey--While walking on the way to Camp Minnie-Mickey, there are two talking bushes called Herb and Flora.

yes

Dumbo- Mickey and Minnie ride with a child the first ride of the day.

no.

Phones—1.One in Tomorrowland under the TTA and Astro Orbiter.

yes, pretty much directly to the right of the TTA entrance

Talking Trash Cans.- They're a little hard to find, but so worth it!

never heard of this one in tomorrowland. there is one at the fixin's bar at electric umbrella (no wires)

Tink’s Treasures
1.If you want to wake Tink, go DIRECTLY to the store as soon as the park opens, enter in Darling family nursery. The store is right behind the castle. Want to prove to a skeptical little one that pixies really exist? Be sure to stop in to Tinker Bell's Treasures, where you can spot the flighty Miss Bell flitting among the merchandise. this actually occurs all day. HOWEVER, since the remodel, they actually built the shelving units too high so it covers most of it. you can see the pixie trail down the main wall behind the register however where she can visually appear as well.

2. Look for Tinkerbelle in the dresser keyhole .
gone. hadn't worked for years anyway

3. Go into captain hook ship part of shop and you might see tink fly into one of the trunk openings.
not familiar with this, but i'm sure the remodel got rid of it anyway.

Phones—1. one of the shops on Main Street (general store (on the right side of the street as you're headed in) or chapeau on expo hall side

in the chapeau only

stone ledge on the side of the castle- This may have already been mentioned, but if you sit on the stone ledge on the side of the castle, you will hear Stitch giggle and tell you to be quiet because he's hiding.
this was part of the SGE promotion. gone.

Liberty Square—We found the best place to see characters was the Riverboat in Liberty Square. You can't guarantee who will be on the boat, but it usually includes either Mickey or Minnie. We went twice, and both times there were at least 7-8 characters on board.
not the case

Does goofy go skiiling in the morning on the 7 seas lagoon?
not anymore

Fantasia golf- there is a hole that looks like the scene where the bucket throws water over the floor. 1st person to walk over this will set the water squirting.
sort of. the electric eye that triggers the water is on the outside path of the course, so it's actually easy to bypass. i believe it's hole 18.

Epcot Italy—If you wander around behind the shops (where the fountains are), look around for little red press-buttons that say "press for a surprise" (or something to that affect). If you press the button, water squirts from a different location
doubtful

Animal Kingdom Camp Minnie-Mickey--While walking on the way to Camp Minnie-Mickey, there are two talking bushes called Herb and Flora that pass the time by talking to passers-by and very loudly people-watching with each other. They were very funny, but seem to only be "alive" for short periods of time.

long gone

Is this a fastpass for all day? Or just for one ride? Thanks ... this sounds like fun and I want to go to Tom Sawyer's Island this time. I have never been over there.

One FP for your group and I think its only for Splash Mountain or BTMR.

If you do it you have to be first off the first raft of the morning. There have been posts where people report that they were run down by people rushing to find these brushes thinking they were going to get some lavish prize.

OMG! (About the surprise button in Epcot) I just remembered this from, when I went to Epcot as a child! I had totally forgotten about it!

It really is too bad that so many of the sweet little things seem to have disappeared. They were magical!

It's not for all day, just one ride for your whole family..

They used to give you this little certificate that was only good for Splash Mountain or Thunder Mountain. The past few times, we've done it though you can choose any ride in the park..
