Anyone have any crazy/weird eating or food habits?

I don't like to eat any kind of chips or doritos that are folded. If its folded, I will pass and pick out the ones that are nice and flat.

I also love to eat popcorn and pop a milk dud right after...

I have to have a big plate under my cereal bowl because I fill the bowl so fricken high with cereal and milk, its always overflowing!

I like to buy whip cream in the can and spray it in my mouth

I think its yucky when dh brings his coffee in the bathroom with him for um, 1/2 hour!

Not mine, but I used to work with a girl who was preggers, she used to bring canned peas for lunch and top them off with mustard

I think the worst I've ever heard was a friend in college who used to shove sardines in the creamy center of twinkies and eat it.

My worst is that I put ketchup in my chicken soup. I'm not a huge ketchup eater, don't even eat it on french fries, but I like it in homemade chicken noodle soup.

Is there a vomit blinkie here?

Ketchup in soup isn't so bad...that is kinka like the chicken tortilla soup I make.

I put ketchup on chicken sandwiches, dh thinks thats weird

Oh, good. I was hoping I could find things to disagree with you about.

*I will eat folded chips, but only after breaking them apart so no parts overlap each other. I refuse to eat potato chips (or fries) with brown or green spots.

*Milk Duds must never be eaten with popcorn, ever! I don't like it when the pieces of kernel mix with the caramel. Ick. On the other hand, I love to dump M&Ms into warm pocorn so the centers get melty.

*I don't put milk in my cereal bowl. I hate soggy cereal. Instead I eat the cereal dry and drink a glass of milk with it.

*Okay the whipped cream thing is totally normal. Doesn't everyone do that?

*The coffee thing - yeah, also normal. I refuse to eat or drink anything that has been in a bathroom for any length of time.

I have a friend who eats salted popcorn in a bowl with milk like it's cereal. Also, my father in law covers all his food with applesauce. It grosses me out - I can not look at his plate when he does this.

I add lots of salt to almost everything. Not desserts or beverages, of course, but pretty much everything else.

ETA - Okay I think the twinkie thing might be the worst food thing I've ever heard!

That's funny - I only eat the Doritos that are folded over - I actually look thru the bag to find them. I love chips that way too - Cape Cod chips are my favorite because they are all folded over.

I'm the one in my family who eats whatever anyone burns - toast, steak, hamburgers, hot dogs - I love the taste of burnt food.

Yep, forgot that one, I do too. I nuke my popcorn 30 seconds longer than it says so it gets really brown!

I love the folded chips too. My mom and I fight over them.

I bite the point off, then tear off the crust and eat it, and then eat the rest of the slice in a circle.

I don't ingest anything with caffeine. Good thing I hate the taste of coffee. And I get up at 5:12am, but my body is super sensative to caffeine so I can't handle it.

I like nuts in almost all cookies and brownies. I wouldn't even make brownies if I didn't have walnuts.

But but but - I was recently informed that it would be rude to say that to someone. And I abhor the whole screeching thing. It's uncivilized. But it is a double dawg dare. What to do, what to do?!

NUNYABIZNESS!!!

Ahem, sorry. Couldn't help myself.

It's actually an illness commonly found in pirates, caused by a lack of vitamin C. I have a thing for pirates and wanted a slightly less obvious pirate-related user name.

And that reminds me of another food aversion I have. I love orange juice (so no scurvy for me!) but I will only drink the juice with pulp if it has just been squeezed. I hate getting pulpy juice from the store - I only buy the pulp-free kinds.
