National Car rate for early Dec dropped again

My rate with National Emerald Aisle dropped $50 this morning! I will be there from 8pm 11/28 til 8 am 12/6! I was able to book this morning for $190.

They did change their wording a bit though. Intermediate is now called Midsize. I thought I had clicked on the wrong one at first.

Hope someone else can get a little more spending money in their pocket today! This was using the Walmart Contract ID (5000304) and Coupon ND1276FDT.

Do you get a better rate if you join the Emerald Club? I know you can join through Mousesavers and it is free.

It looks like I will have to change my reservation due to arrival time. I want a full size car. I will have to book a full size car to make sure I get that size.

I still can't get mine to budge below the $200 weekly rate (12/5-11), every code is the same. Luckily my corporate weekly rate is $178 but I was hoping for less. With the $40 off coupon, it's $194 total. I paid $150 for 8 days in June. But at least my corporate rate includes insurance (I verified that it's covered for personal use with National).

I'm getting my lowest National rates for 12/1-12/9 using the following codes:
5007160 (Continental Airlines and anyone can join and print their membership card) combined with coupon ND1881JDK for $40 off. HTH someone in their search.

Thank you for posting this. Do I need to actually print off a coupon when I pickup the car to utilize this deal?

Another $20 for me!

I double checked and now the AA Frequent Flyer code 5036929 and my original coupon gives me a rate of $170!

My 4 day with National did not budge. Using 5125601 and NF4861ADM, $122.21 for a midsize picking up at Car Care Center. 12/9 to 12/13..

Whenever I've asked this question, I've been told no one has ever had to produce a hard copy. However, being the worry wart I am, if I can print something as proof if needed, I'd do it.

I'm still getting a lower rate for the same days, same class with Alamo vs National (regardless of the discount--the base rate is over $100 higher with National).
