You think both parks can be done in one day? We are not thrill riders and it will be just Hubby and I next Sept. Going at that time of the year, hoping for the free dining at DW and that the crowds will be lighter since the kiddies are back in school.
Can this be done in one day? The price is going to be about $100.00 for each one of us for two parks in one day so we DON'T plan on going back again. LOL Our main objective is to of course see Harry Potter land and do a few things on the thrill side then see and do some of the things that we didn't the last time we were there because they weren't running. ![]() I am hoping this can be done with enough time spent on everything we want to see and do and not feel rushed. ![]() Your thoughts

Purely as guess until we get to experience the HP section of IOA, but I'd think it would be a bit difficult to do both IOA and Universal in one day unless you're really focused on what you want to do. If I'm reading your post correctly you don't want to spend more than you're already planning for Universal rather than not going back for part or all of another day if you needed to. So, since you're expecting to pay $100 each anyway, why not consider the $99.99 two park, unlimited tickets that are good for 7 consecutive days and then go back and do the things you didn't get to do the first day?

I agree. Even in Sept, having only one day would be too rushed and you'd be forced to choose only certain things in both parks. Don't forget that in the off season you have reduced operating hours, further complicating things.

Hi when we went in oct 05 we did both parks in one day,and that was going on every ride, we did have the express passes which we're great, we went on everything pretty much, in IOA, and in US we did nearly everything we have been before so there were a few we could miss, i'm not sure though when HP opens as i think it will be a couple of hours just there, ontop of the new simpson ride and Rip Ride etc
