If you do a split stay, do you put down two deposits, or just one?

Two, they are separate reservations.

If they are both packages that require a ticket purchase (like free dining or 4/3), you would have to buy separate tickets with each.

I believe there would be two deposits because you would need to make two reservations - one at each resort.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. Who knows, maybe you'll come home with the best souvenier Disney can't sell!
