Printing southwest boarding passes at resort?
I would like to do the online check in for Southwest airlines 24 hours in advance..is there access to a printer at the resort so I can print out our boarding passes? We are staying at Carribean Beach Resort. If not, can I check in online 24 hours in advance, but get our boarding passes at the airport?
Thanks! |

I know the front desk at the Wilderness Lodge will print them for you. I'm sure it's the same at CBR. I have also gotten them printed at City Hall in the Magic Kingdom.

If I am remembering correctly, there is an airline check-in desk just to the right of the CBR concierge desk in the Custom House. We've stayed at the CBR four times but always drive.

We always have someone else check us in at T-24 and then print them at the airport. (This year we are doing the EBCI, so no check in required and we will still print them at the airport).

Bring your confirmation number(s) to a front desk at a resort or to guest services in the parks. They will check in for you and print your passes. If you can check in yourself, either via a computer or mobile phone, or you already have Early Bird check-in through Southwest, you don't have to print your passes at all until you get to the airport.

I went to guest services in KM on our last trip and they did them for me, no questions asked. Very nice to do that with southwest.

Also guest services in the parks will print them for you, or you can also pay the ten dollars now and do the early bird.

It is a great help.

I've never had any problem getting the boarding passes printed at the front desk at any of the resorts.
Do yourself and favor and if you have internet on your phone, checkin on your phone at the Southwest website at your 24 hour checkin time, and then have it printed out later. |

Just remember to bring your Confirmation #'s with you! We went to Guest Services @ Epcot without remembering ours and they couldn't check us in. We had to go back to our resort and check in from there.
