BWI- Fast food - The DIS Discussion Forums

We normally leave out of PHL, but are using BWI in 2 weeks due to GREAT fares

We both need to work Friday morning so we can't leave quite as early as we would like, but hopefully we will still have plenty of time to stop and grab dinner before heading into the airport. Leaving our house at 1:30 and hoping to be there around 4 for a 6:20 flight so we will need to do something for dinner and would rather not pay the outrageous airport prices.

Are there any fast food places nearby? We are going to use the Fast Park Blue lot and will be coming in off of I-695 to 295.

DH thought this was a silly question until I asked him if he recalled any fast food places near the PHL airport

None that I know of....

In between the blue and red Fast park lots is a McDonalds. That is the only one I remember seeing in the area (we just flew bavk Sunday night). There may have been others though.

If you are flying Southwest, you may want to wait until you are INSIDE security. A & B piers have many options for food. You have a selection of fast food + phillips and even a Deli - down on B pier there are new food options as well.

Our preference is to get through security and then relax a little before boarding our flights - gives us a cushion if road travel is slow AND gives us time to relax and eat.

There is a McDonalds inside the terminal near the SWA gates. Ate there a few weeks ago.
