This is our first trip and I had a pin. I booked poly with club level. I am so excited!! the room was 342 and i think that is kinda high does anyone know for sure. What does club level do for you besides the lounge with snacks and drinks?

The IPO staff will book your ADRs for you and if you want to do dinner shows or special events they can arrange this for you. You also have special staff right there in the building at your service during your stay, and they can be very helpful in the event that you have a last-minute change of plans and want to switch ADRs (though it's not guaranteed they can do anything, depending what time of year you're there). They used to do lots of special little things like help arrange surprises, but I think they don't do stuff like this so much any more. |

Don't forget if you want a balcony request a room on the 3rd floor and incase you didn't already know this, you will be staying in the Hawaii Longhouse which is for Club Level guests.

Guests who stay at club level are eligible to go on the wildlife excursion at the AK park. It follows the same route as the safari ride, but takes quite a bit longer and you get a lot more explanation of things in the park. My kids really liked it when we went, and we thought it was interesting too.

What are your dates? What are the ages in your traveling party?
We loved the Poly, it is a wonderful resort. I think you said that you were in 342. You realize, I hope, that you have NOT booked a specific room. All rooms are assigned a few days in advance. You can request location, but it is not guaranteed until checkin. I would request either a first floor room or a third floor room. Rooms on the 2nd floor do not have balconies. The IPO CM's can make all of your advance plans for you, like dining ADR;s or tour reservations. They are really helpful. Dining ADR's are now available 180 days in advance, so take a look at the menus here and also at allears.net and decide where you would like to eat. Have a great trip.

I believe the OP means their room is going to cost $342.00 per night.

MickeyNicki - I love reading your CL information as well as your meals. We will be at the Poly at the end of January with our family Lagoon view CL. Our friends will be there tomorrow also staying CL. She will be so dissapointed the coffee machine is down, hopefully it will be fixed. Love those cookies last time we were there. Have a great trip.
