I love Jet Blue!

Just received an email that our direct March Break flight time had changed from Rochester to Orlando. Terrible changes! Return flight on March 20th was at 7:00 am! I did not accept the changes and phoned JetBlue to see if they would change the flights to ones leaving from Syracuse. Long story short, I now have the direct flights I originally wanted from Syracuse to Orlando but were way too expensive on the day the flights open! We can drive direct from Kingston so save on a hotel room and the drive is now 1hr shorter each way! They even gave us the same seats we had booked on the ROC flight!

I just returned from a flight from Portland Maine to MCO and back .... I was very impressed with Jetblue.

Hey, good to know since we live in Kingston too!!! We have never flown out of the US yet, but depending on flights we may give it a whirl next trip if the price is right!

The direct Jet Blue flight is the absolute best way of flying to Disney when you live in Kingston. Two hours to Syracuse beats the 3 plus hour trip to TO when you have to take the 401 west to get to the airport! Customs at Thousand Islands is a breeze compared to the customs lineup at Canadian Airports! We have been flying from SYR for 15 plus years and haven't had a bad experience yet (touch wood!) Unfortunately can't say that about flying Air Canada! Never Again !
