Contemporary Resort Sold out??
Are there any tips for getting a room at the Contemporary Resort? I am wanting to take my family to Disney for the Very Merry Christmas event and stay there December 11th till he 13th (2 nights). My 5 year old grandson saw how the monorrail goes to the park from the lobby and we'd love to give him this trip as his special Christmas present. But, when I called, they said they were totally sold out. But, that the travel websites historically buy up blocks and I could likely find a room by booking thru one of them. So far I've tried Orbitz and Travelocity and no luck there. Does anybody have any tips (call on certain days, use AAA or some travel agency, etc.). Any assistance would be greatly, greatly appreciated.
Thanks. |

Unfortunately, this late in the year, it might be sold out for that weekend. Just keep checking every day

I would keep trying by always looking on the WDW website and even calling CRO, however I would not be surprised that it's 100% sold out.

CRO - just an abbreviation for Central Reservations - just means call Disney directly.

Try AAA - they were able to find us a room at the Poly a few years ago when Disney told us they were sold out. Good luck.

It looks like the problem date is the 11th. When you plug in the dates 12/12-12/14...there is availability.
