Campus Representative interview

I have a phone interview to become a campus rep this afternoon. Has anyone interviewed to be a rep and if so what kind of questions did they ask?

Thanks in advance

I just interviewed a couple of weeks ago and got the position.

Pretty much what they'll ask you is how you plan to promote the program at your school. What your marketing strategy for the program would be (i.e. where you will hang up posters, how you will get the word out, what media outlets will you utilize).......that sort of stuff. It's not as stressful as the CP interview and really, if you come into it relaxed you should be good.

Make sure you smile and emphasize how passionate you are about the CP

I remember being asked what I would say to someone who hates Disney and thinks that the CP is just cheap slave labor... or someone who had a bad experience and is telling people not to do it...
As a campus rep, you will encounter a lot of "Disney Haters" so you have to be prepared and remember that you are representing the Walt Disney Company so don't say anything that proves the haters right...
I had this one guy explain to me how The Disney company is all communist... My partner Rep said that his parents must not have taken him to Disney World as a child

Is this fairly easy to get into after you have completed the CP? Do they check up on you and ask for reports and pictures or anything like that? Do they pay you to be a campus rep or is it just the benefit of still being a cast member with all of the perks? Do you still get the perks of being a cast member?

Thank you!

It is easy if you are passionate about the CP
You log all the activities you do as a rep on a website and the Recruiter you work for checks everything out.
As a Campus Rep you do not get the same benefits- you do still receive theme park admissions and discounts for yourself, but you do not get a main entrance pass unless you haved worked a shift. And it's not a paid position either- they give what is called rep rewards, where you get points and redeem them for things like gift cards and shirts and resort stays....

I am applying at Texas A&M. For those that don't know, A&M is very, very tradition focused. We talked about those things and how I loved the university, my church, the university band I play in. We talked about the logistics of being a rep among other things. Apparently they do have access to your record card as another girl I know missed several days of work and it was brought up in her interview. I only missed one day so it wasn't brought up.

I also talked about how I would talk to up and coming recruits and I talked about the Engineering Class I took while at the CP. It really just depends on the individual and it seems it starts with your likes and gets tailored to you from there.
