I-Phone App for Ride Wait Times - The DIS Discussion Forums

Was playing with the DW's I-Phone last night to install the wait time application I had read about on this board before to prep for our trip.

However, I could not find it. Could someone tell me the name of the application? Is there more then one? Any ideas of reliablity of information provided?

From what I have read, it is for Verizon customers only, so if your blackberry is not through Verizon, then you won't get it.

I have a motorola cliq from t-mobile and it runs the andriod OS and apps from its marketplace. Does anyone know if there are any apps available for it that would tell me wait times?

Touring Plans has a new wait time site for iphone m.touringplans.com

Looks pretty cool. I think it is somewhat dependent on people to submit current times and since it is very new, the data is probably a little sketchy, but could get better as it becomes more popular.

I am a verizon customer with a Blackberry. What Diz apps are available and where do I find them?

actually, it's quite the opposite in that it doesn't require user input. they use the same technology and surveys they've always had.

Didn't even know this existed. My wife has an iphone and we are going to Disney next week.

Some are free and some are not. Just go to the app store and do a search for disney world. We have the dining apps and park map apps and the.....

Well, she has the iphone and she's at work. Was just hoping for some specific recommendations of ones people here have used so I could tell her about them.

Maybe one or two good free apps and a good "non free" app would be great.

And what does a dining app and park map app do? Does the dining one just rate the eating places and tell you how long the wait is there?

Sorry, I'm not an iphone user.
