Entry
I had problems paying back my dvc. I got calls for a month and haven't paid since and got no calls etc after that, just wondering what would have happened also That was two years or so ago and I'm wondering will this effect my entry into the USA as I'm not a us citizen and want to travel next year.

If your passport/visa is all in order you shouldn't have any issues with access to the US. DVC has nothing to do with that. You might check with your government officials if you have any questions about entering the US.
Good luck.

It doubt it would have any impact on your ability to travel the US. It depends upon Florida's laws, of course, but it is unlikely that this would be a "criminal" matter, it would be a matter of "civil" law, and the US Federal gov't really shouldn't involving the State Department (who issues the travel Visas) in a civil action.

Like Chuck S says, it is not a criminal matter, so why would it affect you while you are traveling in the U.S.?
I would think only your credit rating would be affected.

Personally I think you should be looking elsewhere for your answer...perhaps a chat board dealing with entry requirements into the US. Folks on the DVC boards are experts on DVC and not on entry into the country.
