we are leaving in 6 days and boy the questions are running through my head like crazy. We realized being at the Fort the rv is going to be sitting for 6 days. Does everyone bring their tire covers with them or do you just leave them uncovered for this time frame? Something else I may need to pack. Thanks everyone.

we specifically bought tire covers for our two week stay.........and forgot to put them on the entire time we were there!!!! Good news is, no sun/heat damage, dry rot, etc. So, I guess in my opinion, I wouldnt bring or waste the money on buying them. We paid like 40 a pair, so times 2 plus shipping about 100 for them to sit in the truck.LOL

Folks
![]() Let's don't overthink this here. We're talking 6 days. I believe your tires won't melt, crack, rot, or whatever in just 6 days. Enjoy your trip and relax.

thank you
I will leave the tire cover home, this may seem like a stupid question but with being in Florida the sun is at a different level in the sky so I just wanted to make sure if I should bring them or not. Thanks for the answers.

Our camper doesn't have tires... It has legs!
![]() I really don't think that you will have a problem if you leave the tire covers home though. Tires are made of some pretty tough stuff and damage will only occur if they are exposed to the elements long term.
