GF Theme Park View & Water Parade - The DIS Discussion Forums

Hi,

Does anybody know, can you see the water parade from the theme park views at the GF? From the photos I've seen the theme park view rooms seem to be "off to the side" and I'm not sure if you would be able to see the water parade from the balcony or not.

I'll try to answer.

We booked a garden view room last year but got upgraded. I'm not sure what category our room fell into, but I suspect it was Theme Park View. We were in Boca Chicca facing the lagoon, not the quiet pool. We were towards end of Boca Chicca furthest away from the MK, if that makes sense. We were on an angle, but we saw the castle from our balcony and from the armchair in our room (very nice). Anyway, we could definitely see and (and hear!) the parade every night. It makes a big loop around the lagoon and passes all the way along Boca Chicca as it makes its way to the Poly. I think it reverses direction some nights, but it always passed by us. It was very visible.

I don't know specifically where the TPV rooms are but we have stayed in Boca Chica before TPV catagory and could see (and hear) the EWP nightly from our balcony. HTH!

You should be able to see the EWP from all theme park view rooms.
