Weather and Crowds last week in Nov and 1st two weeks of Dec.

Hi all
Thinking of booking a cruise on the Disney Dream followed by a 3 night stay at a DVC and maybe get in to a MVMCP with our kids. My husband and children have never been around the holidays and have not seen all the christmas cheer and decor of the resorts and park. I went back in 2003 but can't for the life of me remember what the weather was like. I know that last Xmas day was like in the 80's which is redonkculous!!!
What kind of weather can we expect for a trip in Late Nov./ early Dec.???
Thanks

This time of year can be variable. I've gone the beginning of December many times and there have been highs between 48 and 82. If it's below 70 during the day, it gets cold at night. One year I brought a light winter coat and gloves and was glad to have them! Another time all I had was a light jacket and didn't wear it most of the time. Usually not much rain. Crowds are low to moderate.

I love that time of year cause the crowds are really light. However, the temps are the unpredictable thing! I have been several times and like Debbie said, it ranges. Best thing to suggest is to check the 10 day forecast as you get closer to your trip. But I usually plan for the worst in regards to weather. The one time I didn't I ended up paying way too much for sweatshirts and jackets!

Take a coat, hat, gloves. They take little room and are a blessing when needed!

We sat enjoying the Candle Light Processional shivering wearing the light jackets we brought (no gloves, but thankful to have our Mickey Santa Hats!)

This year, I'm taking a better jacket regardless of the weather forecast.

It's true that nights can be chilly, but compared to here in the frozen north, it's still a lot warmer than home! I have a fleece and a pair of gloves for each of us in our owner's locker so we can layer up if we need to on December or January trips.
