Can you get your rewards card at DW or on the ship? - The DIS Discussion Forums

Hi! We leave this Friday for a trip to WDW and then on a Disney cruise. My sister ordered her Disney rewards card about three weeks ago. She called today to check on the status because she hadn't received it yet, and they apologized and said it was never sent. They told her she could pick one up at the parks or as she was boarding the ship. I had never heard of this and wondered if anyone else had done this before?

TIA for any help you can give us. She is stressing out because she was planning to use the money on her card to help out with expenses. I told her to call back and have them overnight it to her since it was their mistake, but I'm not sure what she'll end up doing.

She can get a rewards card at WDW. From the Disney Rewards Visa Card website:

Thank you! That makes us feel better. I didn't see Disney Cruise Line listed, so I'll tell her to make sure she gets it before we leave the parks and head to the cruise.

I removed the Disneyland locations from what I posted. The website does not list the port as a pickup location.
